	Add a picture of your birth year (boar, dog, etc..) on a shoulder and another horsocope sign (libra, aries, etc...) on another shoulder, maybe? I don't know... With something this neat, I'd go for a complete backpiece, not just spine piece.

	Add a rich cylinder-like pillow style at the bottom. I thought the bottom is broken but no, it should stick into your skin.. Add depth.
