| I love uv ink :) Not sure it's fully legal over here yet tho... I'm not over worried about safety just cos if you wear a white cotton T under uv it glows, my teeth glow under uv, surely it's to do with the spectrum that colour reflects rather than ... | ||

| Aww, I wish I had UV reactive ink in my tattoos!!
And to answer Tammys statement below - if something reacts to UV light it will constantly glow under UV light. |
