| I think this is a brilliant piece and I don't even like eagle tats! Would be a 10 but old tat is still visible even if you don't know it's there, so giving it 8 |

| the good thing about this cover up is, that even though you can tell it was a cover, the eagle in the sky and everything else takes away from what you were covering which ultimately was the point . nice. |
