From the look of your tat its quite light anyway and a good artist should be able to cover it well, just need to spend a bit on a big design ive turned my cover into a sleeve now but a dragon should be fine good luck! |

I Had a black panther covered up on my arm recently but before the tattoo i had a couple of laser sessions not to remove it just to lighten it a little which helped the artist cover it easier it only cost £40 a session well worth it in the end |

I agree...no one takes the time to research artists. If you just walk into a place and know nothing about them, well then you end up with what you have now.
Hope you post your after pictures - good luck! |

Do some research on artists with a good rep in your local area, go see and speak to them - they'll be able to give you 100x better advice than anyone on here. After that if you're still unsure on exactly what you want, I'd wait. |

whatever the dragon didnt cover you would have to cover with a background shade or something like that. |
