It does not mean karma.

It means love. In both Chinese and Japanese.

This is definitely not the kanji for karma.

I have to say, I thought the same thing Bob did because my husband and I were planning on getting the eternal love characters and it looked like this one. Strangely, we also got ours from the stock Kanji website. You can never be to careful with Kanji!

What you have appears to be "love" (http://www.luckyicons.com/images/kanji_love.png). The single character for "karma" in Chinese and Japanese is this: http://www.stockkanji.com/images/words/Religious/B 2413VD1AS.gif

you wouldn't believe how many times i've gotten that, if you put love and karma next to each other they're almost identical, except for a few strokes, as a test i went to china and japan in epcot since they're all from the countries originally, it passed!

It doesn't stand for karma. This is a kanji meaning love.
