when i was around 14 i heard the song mother. The lyrics and power chords on the guitar were like a venomous snake biting into my arm and infecting me with a different outlook/understanding/view of the world. I've never been the same since. 2 days after turning 18 on oct 29th 1996 i pawn'd my guitar to go pay a tattoo artist my $200 (no tip)(didnt have it)to tattoo the danzig skull across my back. By far the most significant/meaningful tattoo i have and will ever have.
