this is my tattoo after it got "fixed" dude said he did all he could do with it. if you guys can think of ANYWAY to cover it up or make it look better let me know!

yeah i would take my time and talk to a few local artists....it does need to be covered but being so dark and the way its shaped its going to be tough

I dunno, I would go to another artist. There are always ways to cover it up. The new artist shouldnt have made it so dark. That's what it seems like he did. I would just find a whole new idea, and cover it completely. A good artist can do it.

Hey, bad tats happen. I'd laser it. The new lasers are very effective. Don't need total removal, just a few of sessions to lighten that up so you can tat over it. Talk to a tat artist before hand - they can advise you what to concentrate on.

you could actually go for "All American Girl" under the star... :)

If mine, I would get some red, white, and blue in the 2 banner type of things with the stars. Next remove them swirl tips off the star then add some yellow behind the star. with "USA" under star.
