I had this done on my foot...I wanted my husband's name, but wanted it to be original, so after I saw the saying "love is friendship set to music" I came up with having his name represented by music notes, and since there is not a "V" music note, I decided a heart would be perfect. This was done by my Best friend from high school who is now an awesome tattoo artist "Cherokee Chuck" whose shop is in Wisconsin, but he travels all over to do tattoos.
