This Tattoo my best friend and I both got, the Chinese Kanji Symbols stand for Little Brother and Big Brother. I add blood to the Kanji Symbols to stand for "Blood" Brothers, and had a Dragon to Symbolize the Strength of our friendship.

Looks fairly clean accept for the points which are blunt ended. Tell your guy to go back in and sharpen those up.
