Idea by me, Talent by Kevin at Ramesses' Shadow Tattoos in Memphis, TN.
Lady justice with a broken sword and cracking arm trying peek from under the blindfold at the demons destroying the scales. Idea came from the malfunctions of our justice system today. Punish the Deserving but Legalize Freedom.
