I got this February 2012, the artist did it really fast and messed up the lines. I need to get it fixed soon, but I need ideas for what to add to it.
Any ideas?

Yea, those lines are very blown out. Go to a GOOD shop and look at portfolios. Find someone who can do larger feminine pieces and have them design around this. This can go horribly wrong if you don't find someone perfect.
