I got this tattoo as a tribute to my teenage daughter. It's Sailor Mars, from the Japanese anime cartoon 'Sailor Moon'. It was one of her favorite cartoons as she was growing up and Sailor Mars was her favorite character. Sailor Mars also has a red Dahlia above her, which is my daughters favorite flower. This tat was done in May 2013 by Michael Combs of Epic Ink in Parkersburg, WV.
