this tat is on the left arm, it is a cover-up of some stupid teenage shit (of course).My brother Ricky ,owner of "AUSTIN INK" worked a miracle on this one considering what he started with.

	This is a good cover up. I have no idea what is under the eagle. I've had some cover up work done too. Not every artist can pull it off. Your brother did a good job.
