we are all made of living cells and mitosis is the act of perpetuating life and creation in the simplest way. most of our cells die and split constantly our skin hair and blood are constantly changing it will all die and split

	Oh and cells don't die and split. They can't split once they're dead. They're still living cells when going through mitosis. Or rather, cytokinesis and your tattoo shows.

	what your tattoo actually shows is the process of cytokinesis. mitosis is only the molecular replication (not division) of the dna inside of the cell. might want to start telling people the right version. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitosis
