Here is my very first tattoo, everyone knows it from the biological hazard theme, but unknown to some it is also the celtic symbol with three meanings.
1 : Birth, Life, and death.
2 : maid, woman, crone
3 : the three worlds of the celtic faith (Asgård, Udengård og midgård)... sorry I don't know the english words for them.
and then for the christians it could symbolise the father (god), the son (jesus) and, the holy ghost. |
