i had this tat done in 2004 its on my right wrist of a dragon done in just white uv ink so u can only see it under a uv light.

	some tattoo shops do it some dont best thing 2 do is just call up all the tattoo shops where u r and just ask them

	i think these tattoos are awsome. i want one badly! looks great x can you get these tattoos from normal tattoo place? or gota go else where?
