Done by Pony at Royal Street in Mobile, Alabama. Its a cover up of another octopus. You can still kinda see the outline of the old one inside of the head.

	I think he is attempting to make a joke, i.e that the previous octopus is still visible. Something to the effect of doing a bit more cover work, so that it doesn't look like octopodes mating. I work an environment conducive to learning idiot-speak......
