Just a question, not a criticism, but did you ever consider not giving it the old weathered look? Don't get me wrong, I think it's a beautifully executed piece, just curious about the decision to keep it "antique" looking. Outstanding work.
That's pretty sick dude. An interesting spin on the Phoenix, almost dragon like. I dig. I guess you don't intend to add color, but damn that ink would pop with the right color. Either way, A+ bro.
