notes:i have a tattoo on my lower back which i had

done almost 5 years ago.

its not the best in the world but i was young

and stupid, problem is its slightly raised from

the skin and always has been. was once told its

because the tattooist went too deep, does anyone

else have an idea of why this might have

happened?
